Refund Policy

This policy sets out clearly the time frame within which, and the way in which, a refund can be requested for a digital product.

1. Scope

This refund policy applies to the digital offer “The Bull Effect” with a one-time payment of $47 US dollars. Access is provided automatically by digital means once payment has been confirmed.

2. Refund Time Frame

A voluntary refund can be requested for up to 14 calendar days after payment has been confirmed. What counts is the moment your request arrives through one of the contact channels listed below.

Important

Consumer rights enshrined in law – in particular mandatory rights of withdrawal, warranty, or refund – remain unaffected by this voluntary 14-day rule. Where applicable law provides for a longer period or more extensive rights, those take precedence.

3. How to Request a Refund

Within the time frame, send an email to soutien@lecoeurrevient.online and include the following details:

  • Subject line: “Refund – Order #XXXX”
  • the full name of the person who placed the order
  • the email address provided at purchase
  • the order number
  • the name of the offer purchased

Alternatively, you can submit your request through the Mundpay contact and help form . A purchase made by mistake is handled following the same procedure.

4. Review and Refund

As soon as your request comes in, we check whether it falls within the applicable time frame and whether the order can be identified beyond doubt. If we have any questions, we will reach out to the person who placed the order using the email address on file.

  • As a rule, the refund is processed through the same payment method used at purchase.
  • Once approved, the refund is usually processed within up to 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank, card provider, and billing cycle, it may take longer for the credit to appear.
  • Once the refund has been completed in full, access to the digital product may be discontinued.

For digital content, no physical return is required.

5. Digital Content and Consumer Rights

Depending on where the person placing the order lives, separate provisions may apply to digital content. If delivery begins before the end of a statutory withdrawal period, this may – where the law provides for it and where it is expressly confirmed at checkout – affect the right of withdrawal. Any such confirmation may be given only transparently and explicitly.

This does not affect your rights if a digital product is not provided, is defective, or differs significantly from its description.
