Help Accessing the Product

Once your payment has been confirmed, access to The Bull Effect is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If that message hasn’t reached you:

  1. Check your spam, promotions, and deleted-messages folders.
  2. Search your inbox for the product name “The Bull Effect”.
  3. Allow a few minutes for the automatic delivery to complete after your payment is confirmed.
  4. Contact us if you still don’t have access after that.

In your message, please include your full name, the email address you used at checkout, and your order number. Do not share any passwords or complete payment details with us.

Requesting a Refund

You can request a refund within 14 days of your payment being confirmed. Any further statutory rights remain unaffected.

  2. Use the subject line “Refund – Order #XXXX”.
  3. Include your name, checkout email, and order number.

Payments are processed through Mundpay. To match your request, we usually just need your name, checkout email, and order number. Depending on the situation, the payment provider may request additional information from you directly through a secure channel.
