3. Order, contract conclusion, and payment
The presentation on this website is an invitation to place an order. Before you commit to a binding purchase, you can review and correct the product, total price, currency, and the information you entered in the checkout.
The contract is formed as soon as the order is accepted and payment is confirmed. A confirmation of the order and payment is sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Payment is processed through Mundpay. Additional terms shown there may apply to the checkout and payment. The details shown in the checkout must match this offer page.
Purchases may be made only by persons with full legal capacity. Minors may purchase only with the valid consent of their legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law.
4. Digital delivery and technical requirements
As soon as payment is confirmed, your personal product access is sent automatically to the email address you provided at purchase. To use the product, you need an internet connection, a working email address, a current internet-capable device, and a suitable viewer for PDF files.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for keeping your access credentials confidential. If delivery does not arrive, our Support team can help.
Scheduled maintenance or technically necessary interruptions are possible. The provider strives for reliable delivery and for the prompt resolution of any reported issues.
5. Personal use and intellectual property
Upon full payment, the buyer receives a simple, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the purchased content for their own educational purposes.
Without prior written permission, the following are expressly prohibited:
- sharing your access credentials with third parties;
- reselling the content in whole or in part;
- making the materials publicly available, distributing them, or offering them as your own product;
- circumventing protective measures or improperly interfering with the technical infrastructure.
Uses permitted by law, in particular mandatory copyright limitations, remain unaffected.
6. How to understand the course content
The content is intended solely for general educational and reflective purposes. It is not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, or any other individual professional advice, and it cannot replace such advice.
No particular personal outcome is promised. Perception, application, and experience can vary from person to person. The exercises are voluntary and should be done mindfully and at your own pace.
In cases of serious conflict, violence, crises, or mental health concerns, you should seek qualified professional help locally or contact an appropriate emergency service.
7. Refunds and consumer rights
You can request a voluntary refund within 14 calendar days of payment confirmation. The process, deadlines, and refund method are explained in the Refund Policy.
Statutory rights of withdrawal, warranty, and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Where digital content requires explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledgment of the resulting effect on a right of withdrawal, these must be obtained transparently in the checkout.
8. Liability and availability
The provider is liable in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that may not be excluded or limited by law.
To the extent a limitation is legally permitted, the provider is not liable for damages arising solely from unsuitable technical equipment, incorrect access credentials, self-determined decisions made on the basis of general educational content, or disruptions beyond its reasonable control.
9. Data protection, changes, and applicable law
Information about the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be adjusted for future purchases. For a purchase already made, the version in effect at the time of the order generally applies, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed.
Brazilian law applies to the extent such a choice of law is permitted. Mandatory protective provisions of the state in which a consumer has their habitual residence are not overridden by this. Statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid to the extent permitted by law.
